We stayed at the beautiful Glassdrumman Cottage on our wedding night - we couldn't have chosen a better location. On arrival, there were lit torches leading up the driveway and the wood burning stove was blazing, making the cottage so cosy and inviting, on what turned out to be a very rainy night. A basket of goodies - including some of the famous Glassdrumman Cider - awaited us. It was a lovely surprise! The cottage itself has been so tastefully decorated - it feels suitably traditional but with all the modern amenities - and we found it calm, comfortable and relaxing. It was a perfect place to end our perfect day. The following morning, we awoke to find the sun beaming over the pretty flower beds and had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the stables and the surrounding countryside. We will definitely be returning to Glassdrumman Cottage - perhaps for our first wedding anniversary or another in the future, to remind us of the special night we spent here. Glassdrumman Cottage is a wonderful, unique gem - that would appeal to locals and visitors. Truly a place to remember.
